We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our team to enable the smooth running of sports facilities to a wide range of people using the Sports Training Village. You will be the first point of contact for all general sports enquiries, and will have responsibility for booking and taking payments for booked facilities, courses, supporting the Head Receptionist in implementing the access policy and providing excellent customer service as part of our committed and dedicated Reception team.
You will have experience working with a range of customers, good interpersonal and customer care skills as well as sound IT skills to enable you to deliver high standards of service to students, staff, general public, performance sports partners and visiting athletes.
You will be required to work an average of 36.5 hours per week over a 4 week rota covering the facility opening hours and business needs.
A basic DBS check will be required for this position.
