An Assistant Arcade Manager is required to join our successful team in our New Empire Gaming Centre, based in Swadlincote, Derbyshire. The amusement centre is part of an established and growing group of 8 amusement centres across the South West and South Wales.
The successful candidate will have had experience in a retail environment and will be required to provide excellent levels of customer service, dealing with customer queries and issues, as well as being involved with marketing and promotional ideas.
The role will involve deputising in the absence of the Arcade Manager and supporting the Manager with the day-to-day running of the Arcade. Due to the nature of business, the ideal candidate will have a good standard of numeracy and will have prior experience in cash handling and managing floats. Good attention to detail is a must due to strict record keeping and reporting.
This role would ideally suit someone who has a background working in either Amusement Arcades or Bookmakers.
Salary: £19,422 + overtime @ x 1.5 + monthly bonus scheme + 28 days holiday & Company Pension. Weekend and evening shifts required. Anticipated annual package of £19,422 - £24,000
