Commercial Gas Engineer

This well established, growing property Maintenance & Facilities Management Company is seeking well experienced Commercial Gas Engineers to cover breakdowns, servicing and assisting in installations in Central and South London. Candidates MUST be qualified and hold valid qualifications including, CDGA1, CENWAT, CIGA1, CKR1, CODNCO1, CPA1, HTR1, ICPN1, TPCP1A

Successful applicants will be issued with full uniform and PPE, mobile phone and company vehicle.

Successful candidates will be given further opportunities to learn new skills and undertake further training

The position is a full time permanent salaried PAYE role (subject to a satisfactory probation period) 40Hours are 8am-5pm Monday to Friday

Opportunities for Overtime and Out of Hours work.

Applicants must hold a full driving licence and permission to work in the UK beyond 2019.

Applicants must be well experienced in Repairs (diagnostics and completion) & Servicing of a range of Commercial boilers. You must be polite and well-mannered with a helpful "can do" attitude, As these positions are for a contract for large housing associations we will perform a DBS check

The role will be a mix of repairing boilers, assisting on installations and surveys, inspecting plant rooms, completing commercial certification, servicing boilers, repairing leaks (gas and water), a good wealth of experience and competence of large commercial booster pumps and large pipework is required. Any experience of BMS systems, HIU's, Fan Coil/AC units, would be advantageous but not a requirement.
