Field Sales Position (Security Industry).

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager based in the West Sussex area. 

Basic salary £30k p.a. + £Uncapped Commission (expected £50k OTE in first full year) + Co Car or Car Allowance + Benefits.

The Role focuses on developing new business, and developing our existing customer base throughout the surrounding territory. Proven experience of new business development, gained within the security/fire industry is essential although exceptional candidates with a proven record of territory sales success will be considered.

Responsibilities: You will have initiative, tenacity and drive to take the commercial lead in targeting a wide range of new businesses and existing customers. You will be comfortable with a consultative sales approach and be effective working at all levels across an organisation, able to achieve and maintain monthly sales performance targets. Excellent IT, written, organisational and interpersonal communication skills are a must. Continual product development and training will be provided in order to support you in achieving your business objectives.
