Now, we’re looking for a Registered Manager to join us in Ivybridge and play an incremental leadership role in the management of our registered facilities.

What will I be getting up to? 

As one of our Registered Managers, you’ll be playing a leading role in our Adult Services Department delivering great care and support to young adults with complex health needs physical disabilities. 

Operating across two CQC registered locations on one multi-purpose site, you will manage the residential home which provides accommodation for 37 young adults. This includes residential placements, educational day placements and overnight respite stays. 

You will be accountable for all regulatory compliance for two services, will ensure that a warm, welcoming and supportive environment is provided and robust quality assurance systems are in places to maintain high standards. 

What do I need to join the team? 

To be considered as a Registered Manager, you will need: 

- Experience of working within a similar regulated environment as Registered Manager 
- Excellent working knowledge of current legislation regulations, and statutory obligations 
- A relevant degree (or equivalent) in Social Work or Nursing 
- An NVQ Level 4 and/or LMA or RMA, or Level 5 QCF Level 5 in Health Social Care (or equivalent) 
- Strong leadership and management skills
