Aftersales / Repairs Consultant - Fine Jewellery/Watches Brand

We are currently recruiting for an Aftersales / Repairs Consultant for a fine jewellery and watches brand for their high profile boutique Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a renowned fine jewellery and watches brand.

Key responsibilities:

- Act as a brand ambassador to maintain the brand identity
- Providing the best aftersales and aftercare customer service
- Communicating with workshops and external suppliers to turnaround aftersales orders in good time

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years aftersales /aftercare experience from a fine jewellery or watches environment
- Fantastic presentation and communication skills
- Good team player and self-motivated
- Excellent customer service and selling skills
