Telford - Interim period will be Stafford or Shrewsbury (To be agreed with the successful candidate) with travel between both locations as required
Salary £27,500 – £30,500 per annum
Permanent, 37 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Data Analyst to join our Business Improvement team!

Responsibilities: 
In this role you will develop high quality information reporting services to facilitate informed decision making across the business. Including, mine and analyse large sets, turning data into actionable insight.
You will also take the lead on developing and delivering a business intelligence and reporting strategy working with the business to understand and deliver reporting requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an analytical/insight role, with solid experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Data analysis skills using tools including SQL Server reporting services, excel and business intelligence visualisation tools.
• Methodical, logical thinker with excellent problem solving skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of housing sector processes, such as rents, voids and lettings, repairs and maintenance and customer insight.
• Networks and builds effective relationships with others
• Highly organised and efficient possessing the ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail/accuracy
