  • We are looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator with the potential to run your own team as a Lettings Manager. You will need to demonstrate an ability to make things happen in an effort to increase our market share, in what is a competitive market. Aiding your team in our quest for success will be at the top of your agenda whilst building a landlord portfolio.

     

    Senior Lettings Negotiator Responsibilities

    • New Business focused role hence must have strong ability to source new business and retain existing
    • Identifying new business by generating leads by cold calling, canvasing, devising communication strategies, networking in the local market, social media.   
    • Responding to ensure new business is generated regularly.  Striving to hit your daily/weekly/monthly targets
    • Building and running your own contact database of potential clients.
    • Keeping a close eye on the local market and competitor activity, noticing any changes and recognising opportunities
    • Maintaining a positive public perception of the company via boards, photos, office presentation and how you present yourself.
    • Carrying out your own and others viewing appointments with the focus on achieving an offer on the property.
    • Negotiating rent terms and liaising between landlords and tenants
    • Keeping both landlord and tenant fully informed throughout the whole letting process, to the point of tenant taking possession
    • Adhering to the company’s expectations on compliance and service levels.
    • Gaining your ARLA qualifications if you do not currently possess them. Will fully support this aim as a career progression to Lettings Manager role

    Senior Lettings Negotiator Requirements

    • Residential Lettings experience including Valuations
    • Strong negotiation skills with high level of commercial awareness
    • Well presented, confident and able to independently, as well as be a team member
    • High energy levels and the drive to exceed all expectations
    • Show a proven track record in generating new business
    • Willingness to go the extra mile

    • Clean Driving License
