£9.50 per hour
 
Full time - 35 hours per week
 
Our client is passionate about providing a good service for their tenants. They recognise that the care and maintenance of estates by a responsive and well-trained team can make a difference to individuals and the wider community.
 
They’re currently looking for well organised and punctual person to help them carry out and/or assist in providing a comprehensive grounds maintenance and landscaping service.
 
You’ll be involved in the maintenance of grounds to include grass cutting, edging, weeding, hoeing, forking, digging, raking, sweeping, leaf clearance and general cleaning of communal outside areas.  You’ll provide basic tree care, hedge cutting and landscape work to include planting shrubs and laying turf.
 
To be successful you will need to have previous experience of grounds maintenance, an enthusiastic approach to your work and strong attention to detail.
 
The ability to drive and have a full driving licence is essential.
