We currently have an opportunity for a Multi Skilled Operative (Joinery) to join our team in Manchester.

Within this role, you will be responsible for effecting repairs to the housing stock as required by the Client and to work effectively within a cohesive operations repairs service. You will cover multi trade operations including emergency, repairs and voids, and will work closely with the teams.

In order to be successful in this role, you will be a builder, multi skilled in Joinery, Brickwork, Plastering and DPC works. You should have relevant trade qualification or 5 years’ experience in 3 or more trades, preferably Glazing, Plumbing, Carpentry, Wet trades i.e plastering/brickwork/tiling etc.

With strong time management skills, the Multi Skilled Operative will have experience of preparing all paperwork including timesheets, accurate descriptions of work carried out, estimating repair requirements, trades alongside job coding and costing. Moreover, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual with the ability to succeed. Successful Operatives will also be added to the branch out of hours rota.

Candidates for this role must hold a full valid UK driving licence
