Architectural Technologist
A new position has become available for an experienced Architectural Technologist to work for a medium sized practice based in the North Home Counties. This is initially a 3 month contract with the view for long term extension, rate up GBP27/hr depending on experience.
For this position you will need at least 5 years industry experience. You will be working on some Student Accommodation schemes in the UK alongside some Industrial projects local to the practice thus experience in these areas is required. AutoCAD is the main weapon of choice so fluency is an absolute must as you will be expected to hit the ground running using the software. Day to day responsibilities will include putting together drawing packages, producing plans, sections and elevations. Sound knowledge of UK building regulations is needed along with good knowledge of construction packages.
