An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Development Executive to play a key role in developing new areas of business for the brand. They are open to entry level applicants & graduate applicants. Sales experience is not essential as full training will be provided. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments for the Brand Manager by contacting a mix of provided and self-researched leads to identify new opportunities. You will do this primarily through phone & email, so you will be a confident communicator, with a proactive attitude who is ready to take control of their own success.

You will be offering a new concept within print; they are the only UK based business specialising in automating print procurement, targeting large & medium size direct businesses & print management. You will play a significant role in growing the sales for the brand and there will be opportunity to progress for the right candidate, as well as a bonus structure based on achieving targeted KPIs.

The essential aspects of this role include:
- Making outbound calls to key targets
- Analysing data & researching new leads
- Managing & nurturing leads in our Zoho CRM software
- Actively seeking & arranging appointments for the Brand Manager
- Effective management of your own time
- Taking ownership of dealing with customer queries
- Providing insights &reporting to management

Essential Skills and Abilities:
- Educated to A-level or equivalent grades A-C
- Confident using Microsoft packages & the Internet
- Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines, whilst working with precision & a high level of attention to detail
- A confident communicator in person, via the phone & via email
- Excellent customer service skills across email & telephone
- Ability to work independently & have a pro-active entrepreneurial attitude
- The desire to improve on your own knowledge
