We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Transformation Coordinator to join our team based in Redhill, Surrey. The role provides problem solving and process improvement coordination to different initiatives and projects across the organisation. You’ll monitor, track and review the progress of specific projects, measure achievement of intended benefits and provide suitable problem resolution.
 
Working closely with our different departments, you will enable the success of exciting transformation and organisation development programmes ensuring all projects meet our high quality assurance standards. You’ll create, deliver and improve appropriate Lean training to embed a culture of continuous improvement and problem solving driven on analytical thinking processes, knowhow and behaviours.
 
Our ideal candidate will bring good Project Management and coordination experience. You’ll be a skilled, assertive communicator able to bring conflicting perspectives together and gain the confidence of stakeholders across all levels in the organisation. You’ll be a quick and keen learner, capable of reviewing work processes and recommending improvements. You plan ahead, anticipate issues before they arise, take accountability for your work and are a self-starter.
 
We are keen to hear from those with an understanding of Operational Research, Management Sciences, Project Management, Mathematics and Statistics. However, this is not essential.
