JOB TITLE: Real Estate Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED: 4+ Years PQE

THE ROLE:

This is a new opportunity for a talented Real Estate Solicitor required to join a busy team in Manchester. The successful Real Estate Solicitor will work alongside other specialist solicitors and work primarily for house builders, Plc builders, developers and promoters. This specialist team undertakes all types of property transactions and you will take responsibility for acquisitions on behalf of your specialist client base

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful Real Estate Solicitor will require a good grounding in core Real Estate law with a focus on Real Estate Development and a minimum of 4 years PQE gained in another top tier law firm. You will be a robust individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have the strength of character to interact effectively with colleagues and clients at every level, demonstrating commercial acumen, professionalism and an organised self starter.
