Since April 2017, business customers have the ability to switch water and waste water retail suppliers. The retail water and waste water market has changed and this role presents an amazing opportunity to join a fantastic business at such an exciting time for the industry. Looking after the water, waste water gas and electricity needs of over 300,000 businesses across England, Scotland and Wales, our client is an exciting new venture and is poised to become a major new force in the B2B utilities market.

They currently have a number of opportunities available for Customer Advisors to join their Contact Team and provide a high level of customer service electronically and via the telephone. They have two full time positions and four part time positions available. The part time hours they have available are 10:00 – 14:00 and 13:00 – 17:00.

Providing bill query resolution, sales and value added services to retail customers, you will deal with day-to-day contact from customers through multi medium contacts, including calls, electronic contact and external portals ensuring a timely and positive resolution. You will negotiate on outstanding balances on accounts, set up payment arrangements, promote self-service, value added services and qualify sales leads. You will also be responsible for accurately updating and maintaining customer records.

With a good standard of education, you will have a passion for good customer service and confident communication and negotiation skills. With the ability to work in a commercial environment and a pleasant telephone manner, you must demonstrate a high level of PC and keyboard skills and a flexible and positive ‘can do’ attitude to your role.
