We have an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyorto join a well established, leading and historic, charitable organisation.  The role is a full time, permanent position offering a salary of £35,000 - £38,000 + benefits including a Company Car or equivalent Car Allowance.

The Chartered Building Surveyor can be home based anywhere across South East England or the surrounding areas. .

Our Client is a well established, charitable organisation operating across the UK.  They own a wide range of interesting properties from castles and Grade 1 listed buildings to new builds.   

Projects for the Chartered Building Surveyorwill include refurbishment, repair and maintenance.  You will deliver a programme of high volume, low value asset protection and cyclical maintenance to the organisation’s properties within the region.  The successful candidate will manage their own time, travelling to appointments arranged in their region.

Required skills and experience;

- Chartered Building Surveyor / Structural Engineer ( MRICS or MCIOB )

- Good knowledge of construction, planning processes and UK Building Regulations.

- Strong time management, communication and organisational skills.

- Current driving license.
