Our client is a not-for-profit housing association providing quality homes across eight local authority areas in the counties of Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.

They have been busy transforming their business and they need great people with talent to support them through these exciting changes.  Their people have a great attitude; they are innovative, collaborative and are empowered to make change happen; in other words they are basically brilliant…

They set up their Contact Centre in April 2016. As a relatively new service they are looking for a bright and enthusiastic housing services advisor to join the team to cover one of the existing team undertaking a secondment.

In everything they do they endeavour to provide their customers with brilliant customer service. Providing an easy to access service, their customers can trust. They aim for first contact resolution in as many of their contacts as possible.

Social housing and their social impact is at the heart of what they do and they care about all customers living in their communities. They need people that can demonstrate empathy and are passionate about great service whilst delivering in a fast paced and high demand environment across multiple channels.

They offer a comprehensive training programme with the aim of being a multi skilled advisor able to deal with the main enquiries of rent account management, tenancy management and responsive repairs.

As a newly established Contact Centre they are constantly evolving and changing the way they work to meet the needs of the customers and team. They meet regularly as a team and generate ideas which they progress through continuous improvement principles – the successful applicant will be part of this process, helping them generate ideas and contributing to seeing these changes through.

Our client believes in developing their team and as a member of the Contact Centre you will be able to gain a breadth of knowledge across social housing as it is.

You could be an established housing services advisor, new to housing services or just looking for a new challenge but if you are bright, enthusiastic, willing to get stuck in and deliver great service then our client wants to hear from you.
