HR Advisor
We are seeking two self-motivated and organised HR Advisors to provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance to our managers and employees; both roles are permanent contracts based at TouchBase Pears, Selly Oak.

About the role
As a generalist HR Advisor you will act as the first point of contact for our committed managers and employees on all people related matters. You will be working as part of a small but busy HR team that provides full HR operational support to all of our customers. In your new role, you will manage a varied employee relations case load and will provide practical advice and guidance on a wide range of issues including sickness absence, performance management, disciplinary and grievances. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in policy development work.
This could be your chance to make an impact and positively influence and contribute to our newly formed HR Advisory team.
About you
To be the right person for our team, you will be Level 5 CIPD qualified with a good working knowledge of employment law. You will have managed a high volume of cases including experience of advising on complex employee relations matters.
Additionally, you will have good relationship building and communication skills, in conjunction with the ability to influence, coach and challenge managers to influence behaviour and thinking. You will be organised, approachable and have a good working knowledge of HR policies, procedures and best practice.
