Be part of something exciting. Do you want to take control of your future? CGI are looking for a Junior HR Consultant to join our team in Bridgend for a 6 month fixed term contract.
Your future duties and responsibilities: We are looking for an HR Consultant who will be on hand to provide advice and guidance to Managers and Members on HR Policies and procedures, particularly in relation to absence, inc. sickness, maternity, paternity, sabbatical etc. Contracts and contract changes, data protection and member exits etc. works as an escalation point for the team on more complex or challenging cases.
As well as providing administrative support for absence cases, you will provide reports when required and support the Employee Relations Consultants and UK HRBP team in case management processes where required.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: In order to be successful in the role of HR Consultant, you will have demonstrable experience as an HR generalist or equivalent educational experience. You will have a strong administrative background with an excellent eye for detail and be able to communicate with members and managers at all levels in a variety of media.
