Grants Officer

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the country's leading healthcare charities. You will be working closely with the research directorate, ensuring that the post funding finance processes are adhered to. This is an amazing opportunity for a bright, determined graduate who has gained experience in a finance function but is looking to further their grant management/research knowledge in the not-for-profit sphere. Responsibilities: - Lead on the post funding support for the internal and external users of the funding using the electronic grants management system; - Lead the financial tasks and processes associated with the post funding process; - Complete monthly reconciliations; - Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders; - Contribute to the overall delivery of the new research strategy, managing and contributing to a variety of other adhoc projects. The successful candidate will be degree educated and have financial administration experience and experience of using large databases/grants management systems. They will have excellent communication skills and be a self-starter who is keen to learn and progress in an organisation that represents the best in healthcare and innovation.
