Location: Brighton
Salary: GBP20k-GBP25k + Excellent benefit package
Hours: 4 shift patterns across Mon-Fri 4 weeks; 1 week) 8.30am-4.30pm, 2) 9am - 5pm, 3) 9.30am-5.30pm, 4) 10am-6pm - 1 week in 4 to provide out of hours call coverage

I have great pleasure in supporting our highly reputable client in the recruitment of an Assistant Technical Support Analyst position within their Technical support team based in their head office in Brighton.

The role will be to assistance and support of Solvency II and the national technical infrastructure of corporate systems.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain effective procedures and usage of specific systems defined by the Technical Support Manager
* Provide effective helpdesk service
* Maintain network security at operating system level
* Implement agreed changes within agreed deadlines
* Test and maintain disaster recovery
* Technical level knowledge of WAN and proximity security systems
* Travel to other UK office locations as required
* Provide out of hours call pout on a rota basis
* Complete, manage and report on projects

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience:

* 1-2 years corporate experience of a 100 plus user infrastructure
* Industry awareness with alignment to present and roadmap planned installations
* Working experience with IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and general cloud based applications
* Exposure to Office 365 (Incorporating Office 2013 & Skype for Business)
* Working knowledge of all key facilities duties
* Have a knowledge of working in a FCA regulated environment
* Excellent communication skills
