Are you an Assistant Land Buyer seeking new opportunities in the North West?
Have you got a strong understanding of Land Acquisition and Geographical understanding of the North West?
Can you demonstrate your knowledge of Land Acquisition?
We are recruiting for a recognised housebuilder based in the North West who is seeking to appoint an Assistant Land Buyer.
Role requirements:
- Educated to degree level with a 2:1 as a minimum
- Strong geographical knowledge of the North West
- Ideally previous Land Acquisition experience
- Fully IT Literate
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
- You must hold a full UK driving licence
