Our client is a leading and award winning brand who offer protection insurance.  They are consultative in approach and pride themselves on their exceptional levels of customer service and honest advice, so no cold calling or miss selling with this brand.  They have a wide range of insurance partners so it really is all about the right product.  They live and breathe by their brand values which include care, openness, honesty and tolerance.  They have a brand new office based in Hertfordshire and are now looking for a number of Tele Interviewers to join their team and help them continue their success in this next phase of growth. The award winning brand are fully committed to maintaining high standards with continuous personal development training for all team members.  As a tele interviewer the main purpose of your role will be to take your customer through the medical questions.  Your calls will be booked in for you and we are looking for telephone interviewers with empathy and strong people skills. 

Responsibilities – Tele Interviewer

- Completing interviews in a professional, competent, friendly and timely manner, so that the next client's appointment is not late.

- Achievement of targets in terms of both time and quality of information received

- Asking some very difficult and personal questions about client's medical history that can be quite sensitive, or trying to obtain information the client might not answer first time around

- Explaining company, brand and what happens next in terms of any sales process, passing on to the relevant customer service executive.

- Taking accurate interview notes and transferring at times to the company database

- Ensuing that standards of professionalism are exceeded at all times

Desired Skills – Tele Interviewer

- Experience from a similar role within financial services industry with associated interviewing knowledge or strong experience within a similar contact centre questioning led role.

- Proven track record of hitting targets and sticking to timescales

- Ambition, drive, empathy, understanding along with ability to tactful at all times.

- Able to deal sensitively with often difficult questions, re-phrasing where needed.

- Good team worker, self motivated, remains calm under pressure, possessing high standards and attention to detail.

As one of our Tele Interviewers you will be bright, enthusiastic and hard working.  You will enjoy being part of a close knit team who work in an open and cohesive way and enjoy learning from each other.  It’s vital that our Tele Interviewers bring emotive intelligence and empathy to the role, they will be driven to give great service and ensure the brand maintains and builds upon positive customer service reviews on a range of sites.  As a Tele Interviewer you will be flexible working shifts five from sever of Monday to Thursday 12-9pm, Friday 9-6pm and two Saturdays in every month 9-3pm.
