Our client, a well respected Bradford based company are looking for a Customer Coordinator to join their team for a 6 month fixed term contract.
Within the role you will be responsible for a group of suppliers, acting as the first point of contact for all queries, ensuring that all details are kept up to date and the internal database is accurate.
Duties will include:
Acting as first point of contact, for all supplier and occasional customer queries
Investigating overdue orders and processing extensions where applicable
Ensuring supplier compliance is up to date, flagging and chasing and irregularities
Maintaining the shut down periods for both company and suppliers, ensuring all schedules are updated to reflect shut down periods and that all parties are informed
Supporting suppliers with stock availability queries
Liaising with managers regarding stock finished and substitute items
Processing cancellations and sending out estimates to suppliers
This is a very organisational focused role; we're looking for candidates with a keen eye for detail and previous experience within an administrative role.
You'll need to have experience keeping systems up to date and excellent communication skills as regular supplier liaison is required.
I'm keen to speak to candidates who have worked in an account coordination, production coordinator, and sales administrator kind of role.
A sound working knowledge of Microsoft office is also required.
You'll also need a full UK licence and own car.
