I am recruiting on behalf of a Waste Management Service located in Aston. They are a hugely successful company and have multiple offices around the UK. They are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their team.
*Immediate Start available*
You will be responsible with supporting the Sales Team in ensuring that all new sales are accurately recorded within the CRM database. You will be supporting a team of 6 Sales Managers so you must be confident, versatile and adaptive.
Some of your duties will include:
-To manage and administer the entering of new sales onto database
-To liaise with subcontractors/external suppliers and other departments
-To undertake credit checks and ensure integrity of information provided.
- Processing of contracts
-Sending Quotes/Reports/Introductory emails and letters to clients
-To check all new customer details and ensure that contracts sheet has been completed in full- so high attention to detail is a must
Salary offered up to £22,000
Benefits include:

To be considered for this role you must have 2+ years experience within a Sales Support/Contracts Administration role
You must be confident with Excel- intermediate level- you will be tested on this at interview.
You must have excellent administration skills, the ability to use own initiative and a high level of written and oral communication.
