I have an exciting opportunity for an office administrator to work for a company recently moved to Camberley. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone manor and communication skills, be confident on word, excel and powerpoint the role entails supporting the purchasing functions of the company which include establishing and maintaining vendor relationships. Negotiation for the best purchase price and terms. Ensuring the ordering process is complete from start to finish.
Purchase orders are created and delivered to the vendor, shipments are being received to our facility in a timely fashion and the goods are being delivered as promised at the proper costs. Forecasting of future orders and constant relationship building to ensure the best price in the market. Becoming thoroughly knowledgeable on the worldwide market with regards to the items being purchased and the vendors/manufacturers programs and pricing.
