The Role
As an HR Business Partner you will be working as part of a team of HR professionals supporting business units with a specialist HR service. You will be working with senior managers and supporting them with a variety of employee relations matters, recruitment and retention, restructuring and organisation reviews. You will work with the leadership teams on a variety of strategic projects, budgets and strategically aligning this with objectives working towards delivering the people strategy/plans

Candidates
Were seeking experienced HR Business Partners who have a solid grounding of employer relations and supporting leadership teams with effective HR advice, coaching and support towards the strategic people plan.

Candidates should ideally have experience across Employer Relations, Change, Performance, Absence, Capability, Policy, Recruitment,Training & Development, Coaching Managers.

This is a 1 year fixed contract

Essential Qualification -

Chartered Member CIPD - (MCIPD)
