Residential Support Worker (Mental Health) Opportunities*

£17,063 per annum /£8.75 per hour
Post holders must be able to work flexible shifts Monday to Sunday. There is also a requirement for the post holders to be available to work sleep-in duties.
We are a leading provider of mental health services in Birmingham and the West Midlands. We currently have both part-time and full-time vacancies in a number of our residential homes.
As a Residential Support Worker you will work in partnership with people who are experiencing mental health difficulties using a person centred recovery approach that focuses on maintaining and strengthening their presence in the community.
You will have experience of working in a residential care environment within the mental health field. You should hold a HSC level 3 in Health and Social Care or be prepared to study towards this qualification. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively utilise the technology available is essential.
