CNC Manufacturing Engineer
Kingscroft have been asked to recruit by a tier 1 automotive manufacturer for a Process Engineer to work with a Process and Projects team. As the ideal candidate you will be skilled in Programming and supporting CNC machines with wider skills in process improvement, NPI, LEAN Manufacturing and waste reduction.
Your role will involve:
- CNC programming
- Continuous improvement general / lean manufacturing
- Process improvement to reduce waste and drive efficiency
- Creating and improving SOP , documentation and visual management
- Using observation and statistical tools to capture data direct improvements
