What is the background of this project?
Sitting within the ICB ring-fencing programme.
And what are the key objectives?
Within the programme and risk the hiring manager runs 3 work streams- enterprise wide risk, policy work stream and one other.
They have established plans and this role will be supporting the different areas to deliver the plans. There will be an aspect of challenging the plans if needed and looking at how they are progressing against deadlines.
Supporting Steven on all work streams. The bank has to compliant by the end of the year and there are a number of key deliverables that gets them there.

Working with various teams in the programme
Engaging with stakeholders across every team.
What will be the core duties of the role?
- BA type aspect to it- will be quite varied
- Business analyst support type activities
- Not technical- more about the business support instead of technical support
- Helping them create the plans
- Challenge if needed
- Plan monitoring and chasing
- Regular stakeholder engagement
