They have developed a new approach to the customer experience with the introduction of the housing services team and the Contact Centre; your task will be to deliver these ambitions.
 
An exciting opportunity, which doesn’t come along often, has arisen in their Customer Choice Lettings Team.   Responsible for managing the allocation of housing stock, you will have the ability to work with customers and let properties in agreed time frames to minimise rent loss. You will work closely and collaboratively with the Voids Team, Customer Contact Team and the Mobile Housing Officer Team ensuring joined up services are delivered that meet customer service and performance expectations.
 
A proven ability to deal with housing issues in a sensitive and sympathetic way ,  together with putting customers at the heart of the service delivery is a must, plus experience or knowledge of allocation processes and reducing rent loss.
