Position: Personal Assistant to the Directors/Studio Manager
Salary: £9 - £11 Per Hour (Dependent on Experience)
Working Hours: Flexible - 20 Hours Per Week

Due to their overwhelming success over the last 5 years, they are now looking to add an enthusiastic Personal Assistant to the Directors/Studio Manager to the team.
The Personal Assistant to the Directors/Studio Manager Role:
As the Personal Assistant/Studio Manager, you will support the Directors, Adam & Sarah, in their dedicated Tuition Studio, in the personal home office of the Directors and occasionally from home.
You’ll work alongside fellow colleagues and tutors, but will be required to be self-sufficient and self-motivated to do the tasks required, frequently without management present.
This role provides a wide variety of day-to-day tasks related to the smooth running of the business, but will also incorporate a forward thinking and planning aspect to the development of the business too.
Key Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant to the Directors/Studio Manager:
- Documenting processes, creating best practice documents and overseeing their implementation
- Managing the studio, and maintaining the space to the highest possible standard
- Ordering equipment, stationary, furniture and ensuring all supplies are available when needed
- Handle new enquiries
- Input enquiry/booking details to the system
- Oversee social media channels and blogs
- Scheduling, managing and liaising with all tutors
- Keeping all financial books up to date and in order
- Paying all employees
- Sourcing and booking networking events in line with the needs of the business
In addition to the above, the Personal Assistant/Studio Manager will also assist Adam with office duties, relating to one of the UKs most popular Corporate & Wedding Bands – The SOULJERS. You will carry out Admin, Marketing and Sales duties one day per week.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Abundance of enthusiasm and a passion and excitement for education, helping clients, old and young
- Desire to work in an excitingly unique, stimulating environment
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Warm, attentive approach – able to interact with students and parents
- Strong IT skills – particularly MS Word and MS Excel
- A talent for strategy, and the ability to see the bigger picture
