We are recruiting a After Sales Consultant for a leading fine jewellery and watches brand, for their boutique in Mayfair London.

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

 

PRINCIPAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED

·         Specialty retail experience in a repairs specific/focused role

·         Professional presentation, excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

·         Punctuality and schedule flexibility are essential

·         Dependable, punctual, flexible

·         Excellent problem solving skills with internal/external clients

·         Computer literacy a must

·         Be fashion-forward, and have a passion for the fashion/luxury-goods industry

·         Be a team player; pro-active attitude

·         Ability to adapt to changing needs of the Company as necessary

·         Ability to learn quickly and maintain a high performance level in a fast-paced environment

·         Ability to solve problems with diplomatic manners

 

THE PACKAGE:

 

·         Annual Salary around £25K-30K depending on experience
