Chartered Building Surveyor

I have a vacancy for a Surveyor to work as part of a Building Consultancy team located in Bristol.

The role will require the successful candidate to have previous practical experience with the following in commercial property:

> Building Surveys
> Dilapidations
> Party Wall Matters
> Contract Administration
> Project Management services in the commercial sector

The role will be based in Bristol City Centre and will suit someone who has recently become chartered looking to increase their experience in the commercial sector.

You will be required to provide clients with advice on matters including party walls, dilapidations and produce reports to clients on building consultancy projects as well as presenting at client meetings.

To be successful in your application you must be MRICS qualified with commercial sector experience with experience in this field. Due to the requirement to travel you must have a valid UK driving licence.
