My client at the Environment Agency is looking for a temporary personal assistant to join their team in their central Leeds office.
The Temporary Worker will provide high-level diverse secretarial and administrative duties for one or two key senior managers, exercising independent judgment and discretion in performing tasks. Examples of duties will include but not be restricted to:
- Composing non-routine correspondence
- Compiling reports
- Transcribing dictation
- Typing documents, using word processor or spreadsheet software
- Receiving visitors
- Screening and directing manager telephone calls
- Diary management
- Arranging meetings or travel
- Maintaining records or files
The ideal candidate will to be able to prioritise actions and adhere to confidentiality protocol. The position is within a dispersed team so the candidate will have to take initiative and keep in regular contact with team and manager via phone and emails.
This role is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday and the rate of pay is £1 per hour.
