Our client is a Chartered professional body in the UK dedicated to promoting excellence in management and leadership. They have more than 170,000 individual members and have been providing forward-thinking support on management and leadership for more than 65 years.
They currently have an exciting opportunity for an Engagement Manager (known internally as Chartered Manager Engagement Manager) to manage relationships with our client's centres who assess applications for Chartered Manager. This would include: progressing referrals and centre applications; organising/delivering induction training, creating implementation plans, maximising application revenue from centres, liaising with stakeholders and supporting centres to assess their learners, managing/reporting on performance against targets and SLAs (service level agreements) and developing systems and processes.
You will lead on the implementation of all Chartered Manager Partners contracts, complete implementation of plans for Partners within agreed service levels, introduce their operational processes and establish how they do business together day to day with the assistance of key client stakeholders and monitor and scope systems and report requirements to ensure a smooth process.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role working with a range of external stakeholders/customers, GCSE Maths and English Grade A-C or equivalent and Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent. Experience of working with database management /CRM systems would be advantageous. You will have excellent organisational and planning skills, work effectively under pressure, and have knowledge of B2B sales and operational services.
