Senior Building Surveyor

My client is a global leader in property services, looking to appoint a Senior Building Surveyor to the growing team in Bristol. Ideally you will be RICS Qualified with experience in dilapidations, schedules of condition, defect analysis, refurbishment works, contract administration and Party Wall Matters.

As Senior Building Surveyor you will be expected to have strong inter-personal skills, play an active part in business development, and have a strong grasp of commercial Building Surveying, ideally with at least 5 years' experience in the Core Functions outlined below, with some good experience post qualification.

This role would be ideal for an experienced Building Surveyor who is looking to join a practice that can genuinely provide the career development and growth opportunities needed to move up into a Directorial role
