A sales and services business near Guildford. Due to staff leave, An interim HR Advisor is required for a period of 8 months initially.

Your new role
In a local standalone role, you will be responsible for supporting a business group of approximately 180 staff, consisting of both office and field based workers. You will be responsible for the full strategic and operational HR remit across your client group. You will provide operational support and advice to Managers on employee issues such as performance management, employee relation issues and absence, compensation and reward according to performance, ensuring legal compliance, best practice and fairness. You will ensure the organisation attracts the best candidates by developing appropriate recruitment partners and employment branding to attract the best candidates.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have thorough understanding of a matrixed organisation and strong experience in an autonomous role. You will have exceptional communication skills and be able to liaise across multiple business fronts.

What you'll get in return
