Description

The Regional HR Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employment / people matters including legislative / company policy related matters including absence, performance management, grievance, disciplinary and TUPE.
  • Deliver HR training sessions to line managers including areas such as employment legislation, annual appraisal reviews, absence management.
  • Attend grievance, investigation and disciplinary hearings advising all parties in line with current legislation and policy and ensuring momentum to allow for swift resolution.
  • Manage the annual pay review process.
  • Oversee the annual appraisal process.
  • Review and update handbooks, policy & procedures.
  • Conduct exit interviews and ensure feedback is provided to business with recommendations for improvement
  • Complete project work, reward management, training, recruitment, appraisals.

Profile

The Regional HR Advisor will have:

  • A solid background working as a Regional HR Advisor in particular with employee relations and case management experience.
  • Strong practical knowledge of UK employment legislation.
  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent Human Resources and Personnel experience; CIPD qualified.
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise and great attention to detail.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident with the ability to communicate and engage at all levels.
  • Exposure in running training sessions.
  • Ability to travel to sites on a regular basis.

Job Offer

GBP30,000 to GBP34,000 with a GBP4,000 car allowance
