As the successful candidate, you will be working to support the Reward Director and the Global Reward Manager on full end to end reward responsibilities. You will be working closely with your colleagues across the world to create a consistent, appealing and exciting reward offering. You will have had experience of working within complex matrix organisations and also worked on global reward projects.
