What you'll do: Key responsibilities of this role will include: • Be available to work a varied shift pattern, consisting of a balance between early, late and day shifts plus alternate weekends. • Deliver a high level of customer interaction during gym floor supervision hours. • Plan and deliver high quality group exercise sessions across the club timetable. • Deliver high quality and motivating 1:1 sessions, ensuring their individual needs and goals are met. • Ensure the high standards of cleanliness in the environment are maintained by completing daily/weekly checks of all fitness areas. • Ensure a high standard of H&S is maintained in all gym areas, by completing daily and weekly checks. • Carry out daily tasks including brand standards checks and pool tests. You will also be required to perform club open and close procedures as part of a balanced rota pattern. • Be available to assist other departments as per the needs of the business. Who you'll be: The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate: • Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification • Experience within a customer service focused role • Excellent communication skills • Highly motivated with the ability to inspire and motivate others • A flexible and adaptable approach to work • A proactive attitude and an ability to work under pressure • The role is very physically demanding, especially from a cardiovascular and flexibility perspective. You must be used to regular intensive exercise • Energy and enthusiasm • Level 3 Fitness Instructor/PT qualification (Desirable) • CPD qualifications such as spinning, kettlebells and circuits (Desirable) What we'll offer you: This is a fantastic time to join us as we are expanding our successful business.
