Corporate Development Manager

Prospectus is excited to be partnering with The Royal Academy of Engineering to source their new Corporate Development Manager to join their successful Fundraising Team. As a leading voice in the sector, the organisation have a strong portfolio of engaged corporate prospects as well as an untapped pipeline of new partnership opportunities.
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, the Corporate Development Manager will be focused on leading the expansion of corporate activity and will be accountable for increasing income in this stream of fundraising for the Academy. Responsibilities will include initiating, cultivating, securing and stewarding a portfolio of corporate partners and prospects capable of making multi-year, five/six figure commitments. The Corporate Development Manager will also have some exposure to developing strategy and budget planning.

The successful candidate will be experienced in self-generated corporate business development as well as securing commitments for sponsorship and charitable gifts. They will need extensive understanding of corporate giving and CSR. The Royal Academy of Engineering is looking for someone professional, creative and solutions-focused with a proactive attitude to work and an interest in growing their expertise and experience.
