Entry level Loan Consultant - Hove

Our Inbound Customer Sales Consultants help to provide a solution with business who are interested in a second loan.

Red Flag Recruitment are now recruiting on the behalf of a loan company, based in Hove.

This is an incredible and exciting opportunity for an Entry-Level with some proven sales and/or call centre/fundraising experience. A knowledge in finance is preferable not essential.

About the role:

• Predominantly inbound driven sales calls (may include some outbound, and inbound generated calls backs)
• This role helps new and existing customers to get connected when businesses comes at the end of their first loan
• This is done by implementing our sales methodology
• Customer Experience is at the forefront of what we do, and must come as a number one priority to help obtain customers long term
• Proactively promote the company products and services through upselling and cross selling
• Maintain customer information
• Ensure all calls are handled in accordance with the quality standards and industry regulation.

• Salary starting offer: GBP19.000 to GBP20.000 + uncapped commission

• Proven sales experience with a passion for working in a sale focused and target driven environment.
• A hunger to provide an amazing customer experience whilst producing an outcome that is good for the customer and for the business
• Team approach to success
• Excellent customer service & problem-solving skills.
• A consultative approach with fantastic verbal & written communication.
• Ability to build rapport and understand customer needs.
• Strong computer skills.
