Higher Level Teaching Assistant at Grade E (SCP24)

Initially 16.5 hours per week 39 weeks pa from April 2018, looking to increase to 32 hours in September 2018 for the right candidate.

Our successful candidate will:

• Have experience in supporting children with social, emotional and behavioural needs.
• Support our existing 1:1 TAs and help them to develop professionally to ensure our children’s needs are met.
• Provide additional break time and lunchtime cover for our high needs children
• Liaise with parents, carers and external agencies
• Work closely with our Inclusion Manager and in a flexible manner as part of a team
• Uphold and promote the Christian ethos and values of our Christian Academy.
