Commercial Cleaner

T.C Bibby and Sons - Industrial Cleaning Wigan

T.C. Bibby & Sons was established in Wigan in 1931. It is a family owned and run business now in its third generation of family management.

Require Commercial Cleaner Drivers.

Duties Include

Carry out all cleaning tasks in accordance with the work schedule
Drive cleaning operatives to designated areas throughout North West of England
Take ownership for Health & Safety for yourself and others at work.
Complete all work in accordance with current legal H&S requirements.
Ensure any appropriate warning signs are always in use, e.g. wet floor signs.
To order cleaning products for sites when required.
Observe and comply with site rules and regulations at all times.
Maintain cleaning materials in a safe working order.
Report all machine faults to the office.
To use a time and attendance system using time-sheets to be handed in weekly.
In the training of new staff a training record and on-site check list to be completed
Make lone workers aware of the policy in the handbook.
Be courteous and polite to customers, the public and office staff at all times.
Wearing of appropriate PPE.
To liaise with Human Resources and Senior Management regarding staffing issues.

This position is to work flexible shift patterns, usually with an early start, a break during the day then late afternoon/evening work
