They have an exciting opportunity for a driven and passionate individual to join the London team as an Apartment Manager. 

As an Apartment Manager you will manage and lead the team to deliver a fantastic guest service in our serviced apartments. With a responsibility for the overall operation, ensuring that the product, concept, service operational and financial standards are consistently achieved and exceeded, you will create and shape the culture and the future of their serviced apartments, driving the business whilst training and inspiring the team.

They are looking for someone who knows their city and has the passion, drive and commitment to help shape and deliver a fantastic property. With a minimum of 2 years experience of managing a team within an ApartHotel or Hotel environment, you will be educated to degree level and will have a good knowledge of finance, revenue and sales.

Central to this role is the delivery of the guest experience which will be achieved through the recruitment, training, development and management of your team. Creating and taking ownership of the business strategy, you will define and shape the guest experience.

This is a permanent, full time position where you will work 5 days out of 7, to include regular weekend work.
