Are you passionate about working for a charity and want to help save nature? Our energetic retail operation at RSPB Leighton Moss is looking to recruit an experienced retail/sales person with managerial experience to cover Maternity leave for a period of up to 1 year.

Contract: Maternity Cover - Maximum 12 months

This will be a key holder position and duties will include liaising with customers, stock management, merchandising ,working with and managing volunteers ,cash handling and banking, and other administrative tasks.

The role will include working closely with the Retail Manager in a dynamic shop, set on a stunning nature reserve, only 25 minutes north of Lancaster by car or train. Applicants need to be flexible as full days, weekend and bank holiday working will be required.

This role is covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act. You will be asked to declare unspent convictions and cautions at offer of employment stage.
