Our client a registered charity are an international congregation who have a house in Rock Ferry, where they care for their retired Sisters.
They currently have a vacancy for a Matron Manager to support the needs of their ageing group of Sisters.

Salary: Competitive
Hours: 37.5hrs pwk

As a 1st level registered nurse with current NMC registration, you will have a dedicated approach to the managerial duties of the care unit and will be able to listen and respond effectively, show sensitivity to the needs of a Religious community and value the contribution of older people.
Their approach to working hours is flexible, and whilst they have to meet the needs of those for whom they provide care, they also try to meet the requirements of the staff and their commitments. You will be working with the Leader of their Religious Community as part of a sharing and supportive team, in an organization that is committed to providing training opportunities.
