Cleanroom Operator
(Die/Wafer Silicon handling)
NORWICH
£8.25 ph
Days Mon – Thu 7:45 am – 4:45 pm Fri 7:45 – 12:30
We are looking for a Cleanroom Operator who also has knowledge of operating machinery, or a willingness to learn, even better if you have cleanroom operating experience. The ideal Operator will probably have PCB experience, have good eyesight, a steady hand and be able to handle tiny parts with a great deal of care. Attention to detail is also important for the Cleanroom Op / PCB worker, as the parts are small and delicate, this makes quality and cleanliness of the finished product essential. As a cleanroom operative you will also be comfortable using computers to set up electronic equipment.
After full training your:
Key Cleanroom Operator responsibilities:
- Manufacture of Medical/Space/Military/Harsh Environment components in a cleanroom environment
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures
- Perform manual assembly, manual traying and visual inspection of components
- Operate a dicing machine, set machine parameters, run the machine, load machine, pick and place components
- Maintain a clean and organised work area at all times
- Complete routine tasks with minimal supervision
Personal Specification Cleanroom Operator:
- Ability to do repetitive work
- Strong dexterity skills with good hand eye co-ordination
- Excellent vision, close, distance and peripheral vision
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work well with others and have a good team attitude
- Be prepared to wear full cleanroom ESD clothing (supplied by the company)
