We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader; you will be working for a well known established company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;

  • Ensure all workload is equally distributed within your team
  • Monitor productivity and workload
  • manage effectively
  • Manage all holiday and absences in your team
  • Act upon issues or concerning performance, time keeping
  • Update Ops Manager of any concerns
  • Update your team of any changes in procedures
  • Hold regular team meetings
  • Return to work with all Team Members following absences
  • Complete all 12 weeks reviews for all new team members
  • One to one reviews
  • Personal Development plans in place
  • Liaise with higher management for any coach training ideas
  • Be involved with all resolution
  • Follow all discipline/grievance/performance policies
  • respond to any complaints - following in line with all internal complaints procedures

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and targets & work under pressure
  • Good team player
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good data input skills
  • Experience of working in a high volume environment
